What do I need to do if I have any questions or concerns about an order? TOP

 
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us at info@bridalweddingboutique.com.   All email inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.  Regular business hours are 8:30 to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday.  When calling after hours, please leave a message. 

When are new products coming out? TOP

 
We work year-round searching for the new, hip products that will make your special day like no other.  Please check back with our website often to look for the new products added throughout the year.  You can always following the New Items link on our website for the latest additions.

What is your policy on returns? TOP

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your items carefully. We will accept returns for unopened, non-personalized items within 14 days after you receive your order. Please submit all return requests by email to info@bridalweddingboutique.com.  Please note that items that are personalized and/or monogrammed will not be accepted for return. 

Please send us an email within 14 days for authorization on a return. Once your return is received we will refund your payment less any shipping & handling.

You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping cost. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. Please check your shipping confirmation email first, some orders will ship in multiple shipments.

If you order includes backordered products, your order will ship when the items become available. In the event that half of the items ordered are on backordered, we will ship the items that are currently in stock and the remaining items will ship separately.

Will my personal information be safe and secure? TOP

When you make a purchase with Bridal Wedding Boutique you will be asked to provide personal information, such as billing & shipping address as well as payment information, such as your credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes only and to process your order.  All online transactions are secure & encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of private and financial information.  We protect your confidentiality just as we would our own.

Do you charge a state sales tax? TOP

All orders shipped to destinations within the state of North Carolina will be charged a 7.75% sales tax.  Orders sent to destinations outside the state of North Carolina will be exempt from sales tax.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order? TOP

When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation listing the details for your order. Please note that orders placed without an email address will not receive delivery information.

What are your shipping charges? TOP

All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders.

Our standard shipping is UPS or FedEx Ground.

Can I reuse my vinyl lettering design? TOP

No, the vinyl is used for one application only. 

Is my wall too bumpy to use Vinyl/Monogram Lettering with? TOP

The vinyl is very thin and is meant to mold and follow the grooves of the wall.  (Although, every wall is different). However, sandy type paint surfaces may not give the vinyl any place to grab on to.  Our vinyl can be used on many surfaces; walls, windows, mirrors, tile, ceramic, wood and metal, and can be used both indoors and outdoors.  It will not stick to rough or uneven surfaces like cinder block, brick or stucco.

How long will my Vinyl Lettering stick for? TOP

As long as you want it to! The sun will fade your paint over time so when you remove your design there may be a faint ghost line from the lettering.

Does the Vinyl Lettering stick to everything? TOP

Most paints and textured surfaces are compatible with our vinyl.  However, with fabric, sandy walls and some matte paints it may not stick.  Make sure you wait at least one month after painting your wall to hang your designs.  After a month, try with a piece of masking tape, and if it doesn't remove any paint you are ready to go!

 

Is my Vinyl Lettering easily removable? TOP

Yes! The vinyl is a low tack adhesive that is safe for surfaces. However, if you run a hair blower over your lettering before removing it, it will help release the adhesive.

How long does it take to receive my Vinyl Lettering? TOP

You will receive your custom vinyl monogram in 10-12 days after ordering.  Returns cannot be accepted on vinyl monograms.
